Einleitung

Als Autor von fantasievollen Geschichten und einer jahrelangen Auseinandersetzung mit Bewusstsein und Quantenheilung ist es mein Anliegen, diese Bereiche in meinen Coachings zu vereinen.

Die freie Fantasie ist die höchste Schöpferkraft, die jedem Menschen uneingeschränkt zur Verfügung steht. Aktiviert und verbindet man diese Kraft mit der Intuition, der Inspiration, der inneren Stimme oder dem „Bauchgefühl“ öffnet sich eine allumfassende Quelle der Kreativität und Wunder, welche die Antworten auf alle Fragen bereithält und weit darüber hinausreicht. Der Mensch wird selbst zu einem Schöpferwesen als Teil eines universellen Ganzen. Dies kann mitunter auch in Träumen geschehen, nur agiert dort das Unterbewusstsein, sodass die geträumten Ereignisse meist nur eine vage Erinnerung bleiben und in der Realität nichts bewirken können. In den Coachings geht es deshalb darum, eine bewusste Verbindung herzustellen, um gleichzeitig den Fokus von Verstand und Ego abzuziehen und schließlich auf das Herz zu lenken.

Es handelt sich hier nicht um eine klassische Meditation, sondern um eine mentale Begleitung in fantastische Welten, die Sie in einer zuvor getroffenen Auswahl selbst bestimmen. Dazu gleich mehr.

Ein Nah-Tod-Erlebnis im Alter von 19 Jahren (1986 nach einer verschleppten Infektion) hat mein Leben nachhaltig verändert. Immerhin befand ich mich damals für eine gewisse Zeit außerhalb meines Körpers! Das, was ich von außerhalb beobachtete, konnte ich ja nicht sein, also musste das Leben an sich viel komplexere Angelegenheiten beinhalten: Mehr als nur die drei Dimensionen unserer materiellen Welt und Wahrnehmung. Seitdem beschäftige ich mich mit vielen großen Bewusstseinslehrern wie zum Beispiel Eckhart Tolle, Gregg Braden, Louise Hay, Lynne McTaggart, Jiddu Krishnamurti, Ulrich Warnke oder Kurt Tepperwein.

Auswahl der sieben fantastischen Welten

Bevor wir gemeinsam beginnen können, entscheiden Sie sich persönlich und je nach Vorliebe für die „fantastische Welt“, in der Sie sich während des mentalen Coachings sozusagen interaktiv bewegen möchten. Sieben fantastische Welten stehen dabei zur Auswahl:

1. das Weltraum-Abenteuer

Sie sind mit Ihrem Raumschiff irgendwo unterwegs im Universum... Vielleicht entdecken Sie fremde Planeten oder ganz neue Lebensformen? Oder sind Sie gar der Botschafter einer geheimen, aber sehr wichtigen Mission?

2. die Unterwasser-Welt

Vor Ihnen ist in den tiefsten Tiefen der Meere noch niemand gewesen... Was hat es mit der silbernen Unterwasser-Stadt und ihren rätselhaften Türmen auf sich? Von wem werden Sie dort in Ihrer Aqua-Kapsel empfangen? Ist es eine Meerjungfrau?

3. die Zeitmaschine

Geben Sie die gewünschte Jahreszahl und den gewünschten Ort ein, schnallen Sie sich an und drücken Sie auf „Start“... Wohin geht die Reise? In die eigene Kindheit oder vielleicht ins Mittelalter – oder gar in eine ferne Zukunft? Wen treffen Sie?

4. die Oase in der Wüste

Inmitten der Unendlichkeit der gelben Sand-Wüste sind Sie in einer üppigen Oase gestrandet, in der sich ein geheimnisvoller Wunschbrunnen befindet... Welche Wünsche werden Ihnen dort erfüllt? Oder ziehen Sie weiter mit einer Karawane?

Dieses Labyrinth mit seinen ungeahnten Dimensionen wartet bereits darauf, dass Sie es betreten... Sind Sie alleine? Welche Wesen zeigen Ihnen den richtigen Weg, um den großen Drachen zu finden? Was hat er Ihnen mitzuteilen?

Beschreibung

Bei den Coachings geht es darum, ganz bewusst Erkenntnisse über sich selbst zu erfahren. Dies kann die Lösung für ein Problem sein, die Beseitigung einer Blockade, die Überwindung eines Hindernisses, der fehlende Funke für eine Initialzündung oder die Wiederherstellung der inneren Balance, die sich oft in einem Ungleichgewicht befindet.

Als Coach und empathischer Mensch bin ich als Vermittler derjenige, der bildlich gesehen auf „offene Türen“ verweist, auf ungeahnte Möglichkeiten, die während des Coachings sichtbar werden. Neue Perspektiven können Ihr Leben in nur einem Augenblick positiv verändern. Zwar nehme ich Sie auf den erlebbaren Wegen mental an die Hand, aber Sie sind und bleiben die Hauptfigur in Ihrer individuellen Geschichte. Seien Sie offen für Überraschungen und nicht vorhersehbare Wendungen!

Damit ist nicht gesagt, dass zwingend ein vermeintlich negatives Ereignis im Vordergrund steht. Ebenso können positive Umstände, zum Beispiel Berühmtheit und gesellschaftliches Ansehen als permanente Erfüllung einer öffentlichen Erwartungshaltung, das Leben komplett aus dem Gleichgewicht bringen! Entsprechende Erfahrungen konnte ich beispielsweise mit SchauspielerInnen und anderen Kulturschaffenden sammeln. Selbstverständlich nenne ich in der Öffentlichkeit niemals Namen, da es sich nicht nur um eine Dienstleistung handelt, sondern ebenso um ein großes Vertrauen, das es stets einzuhalten gilt. Das Vertrauen betrifft jedes Alter und jede gesellschaftliche Stellung, absolute Diskretion bleibt gewahrt.

Was ich als Coach nicht bin – und dies bitte ich unbedingt zu verinnerlichen – ist ein medizinisch-psychologisch geschulter Ratgeber. Bei schwerwiegenden gesundheitlichen Problemen, wie zum Beispiel die Behandlung von Depressionen, sollten Sie daher einen entsprechenden Facharzt aufsuchen. Das Stellen von Diagnosen oder die Empfehlung von Therapien bzw. ärztlichen Maßnahmen fällt nicht in meinen Bereich. Ebenso verfolge ich keine bestimmte Religion, politische Richtung oder Ideologie, allein das Menschliche steht im Mittelpunkt - sowie die Möglichkeit, die eigene, universelle Schöpferkraft im Sinne des freien Geistes zu nutzen und individuell erfahrbar zu machen.

Die Voraussetzung: Sie sollten ein visueller Mensch sein und über eine gute Vorstellungskraft oder Imagination verfügen. Manchmal ist auch Geduld gefragt, denn erzwingen lassen sich die gewünschten Ergebnisse nicht. Bei niederen Absichten (Manipulation anderer Menschen etc.) funktioniert die Methode nicht. Der Erfolg und das Arbeiten mit der Methode ist auch davon abhängig, inwieweit Sie bereit sind, sich selbst zu begegnen, sich selbst in Ihrem Inneren anzuschauen. Aber ich kann Ihnen versichern: Es lohnt sich!

Durchführung

Grundlage für die Coachings, die in der Regel am Telefon durchgeführt werden, ist ein bequemer, ungestörter Platz und eine aufrechte, entspannte Körperhaltung. Ihr normaler Alltag hat definitiv Pause. Stattdessen wartet ein Abenteuer-Urlaub auf Sie! (Hinweis: Ihr Telefon sollte eine Freisprechfunktion oder Kopfhörer haben.)

Zunächst kommt die sogenannte „Zwei-Punkt-Methode“ aus der Praxis der Quantenheilung zur Anwendung. Diese ist denkbar einfach, aber sehr wirkungsvoll, um außerhalb von Verstand und Ego in ein höheres Bewusstsein einzutreten. Bei der „Quantenheilung“ handelt es sich um eine Vorgehensweise, blockierte Energien ganzheitlich zu lösen. Für mich ist dabei auch die Quantenphysik eine Grundlage. Im Folgenden ist die bewusste Wahrnehmung des eigenen Atems die Eintrittskarte für das bewusste Erlebnis Ihrer geistigen Fantasie-Welt. Dabei kommt eine Technik des „Licht-Atmens“ zur Anwendung, d.h. Sie „erschaffen“ in der Imagination aus sich heraus Ihren exakten Doppelgänger, der allerdings komplett aus Licht besteht! Dieser „Lichtkörper“ wird Sie als Ihr stummer Zwilling durch die von Ihnen gewählte fantastische Welt begleiten.

Alle notwendigen Details zum genauen Ablauf erfahren Sie selbstverständlich vor und während des Coachings. Hinweis: „Die Brückmann-Methode – Erlebbare Wege in fantastischen Welten“ ist sowohl durch das Urheberrecht als auch durch eine notarielle Beurkundung vom 23. Preis und Bezahlung

Das Honorar für meine Dienstleistung beträgt als Einzel-Coaching am Telefon 125 Euro, Dauer: ca. eine Zeitstunde. (Erhältlich auch als Gutschein zum Verschenken.) Ein separates Vorgespräch kann auf Wunsch einige Tage vor dem eigentlichen Coaching vereinbart werden. Dieses Vorgespräch ist kostenlos.

Die Bezahlung erfolgt bequem per Bank-Überweisung. Die dazugehörige IBAN- und BIC-Nummer meines Kontos finden Sie auf einer elektronischen Rechnung in Form einer PDF-Datei, die ich Ihnen nach Abschluss des Coachings per E-Mail schicke. Auf Wunsch auch in Papierform.

Coaching according to the Brueckmann–Method – Tangible ways in fantasy worlds

Introduction

As an author of highly imaginative stories and years of confrontation with consciousness and quantum healing, it is my concern to combine these subject areas in my coaching.

Free imagination - our fantasy - is the highest creative power that is available to every human being without restriction. If you activate and combine this power with intuition, inspiration, the inner voice or the "gut feeling", an all-encompassing source of creativity and wonder opens up to you, which provides the answers to all questions and goes far beyond. Man himself becomes a creator being as part of a universal whole. Sometimes this can also happen in dreams, but only the subconscious acts there, so that the dreamed events usually remain a vague memory and cannot effect anything in reality. The coaching is therefore about establishing a conscious connection in order to distract the focus from rational mind and ego and finally direct it into the heart.

This is not a classic meditation, it is a mental accompaniment into fantasy worlds, which you determine yourself in a selection.

A near-death experience at the age of 19 (1986 after a dragged infection) changed my life forever. After all, I was outside of my body for a while! What I was observing from outside I couldn't be, so life itself had to involve much more complex matters: more than just the three dimensions of our material world and perception. Since then I know much about many great consciousness teachers such as Eckhart Tolle, Gregg Braden, Louise Hay, Lynne McTaggert, Jiddu Krishnamurti, Ulrich Warnke or Kurt Tepperwein and their work.

Selection of the seven fantasy worlds

Before we can start together you decide personally and depending on your preference for the "fantasy world" in which you would like to move interactively during the mental coaching. There are seven fantasy worlds to choose from:

1. the space adventure

You are somewhere in the universe with your spaceship ... Perhaps you will discover strange planets or new life? Maybe you are the ambassador of a secret but very important mission?

2. the underwater world

Nobody has been in the deepest depths of the seas before you ... What about the silver underwater city and its enigmatic towers? Who will welcome you in your aqua-capsule? Is it a mermaid?

3. the time machine

Enter the desired year and the desired location, buckle up and press "start" ... Where are you going? In your own childhood or maybe in the Middle Ages - or even in a distant future? Who do you meet during your journey?

4. the oasis in the desert

In the middle of the infinity of the yellow sand desert you are stranded in a lush oasis in which there is a secret wishing fountain ... Which wishes are fulfilled there? Or do you move on with a caravan?

5. the mystical labyrinth

This labyrinth with its huge dimensions is already waiting for you to enter it ... Are you alone? Which beings will show you the right way to find the great dragon? What does he have to tell you?

6. the education to become a magician

As a sorcerer's apprentice you face great challenges ... But can you really use the power of magic? What will your final exam look like in this schooling? And what will you do in your world afterwards?

7. the tree of life in the rainforest

The community that you discover or in which you live, including the houses, is located on a huge tree ... Is it a life in a green paradise? Or do enemies even invade from outside against whom you have defend yourself?

This applies to all seven fantasy worlds of experience: no limits are set to the imagination and the free spirit!

Description

The method is about consciously learning about yourself. This can be the solution to a problem, the removal of a blockage, the overcoming of an obstacle or barrier, the missing spark for an initial ignition or the restoration of the inner balance which is often in an imbalance.

As a coach and empathic person, I am a mediator and the person who visually refers to "open doors", to unimagined possibilities that become visible during the coaching. New perspectives can positively change your life in just one moment. I will take you by the hand mentally on the paths of your experiences, but you are always the main character in your individual story. Be open to surprises and unpredictable turns!

That doesn't mean it's all about negative things. Likewise, positive circumstances, for example fame and social prestige as a permanent fulfillment of public expectations, can bring life completely out of balance!

Celebrities and public persons can quickly build their own "prison". I worked in the German film industry in Berlin and know a lot of the details "backstage". I know the mental situation of actresses, actors and other creative professionals quite well. Of course, I never give names to the public. It is not just a service, but also a great deal of trust! This trust affects all ages and all social positions, absolute discretion is guaranteed. As a language teacher including psychological support for refugees from war zones, I have been a contact person since many years, so I know how to handle different problems of all kind. If you have bad or dark intentions (manipulating other people etc.), the method will not work and the result will be falsified.

What I am not as a coach - and I want you to internalize this - is a medically trained advisor. If you have serious health problems, such as the treatment of depression, you should therefore consult a specialist. Making diagnoses or recommending medical therapies is not my job. Likewise, I do not follow any particular religion, political direction or ideology, my focus is only on the human - as well as the possibility to use one's own universal creative power in the sense of the free spirit and to make it individually tangible.

The requirement: you should be a visual person and have a good imagination. Sometimes patience is also required because the desired results cannot be forced. The success and working with the method also depends on the extend to which you are ready to meet yourself, to look deep inside yourself. But I can assure you: it is worth it!

Procedure

The basis for the coaching, which is usually carried out over the phone, is a comfortable, undisturbed seat and an upright relaxed posture.

Your normal every day life definitely has a break. Instead, an adventure vacation is waiting for you! (Note: Your phone should have hands-free functionality or headphones.)

First, the so-called "two-point-method" from the practice of quantum healing is used. This is very simple but very effective to enter a higher consciousness outside the rational mind and ego. "Quantum healing" is a procedure to holistically release blocked energies. For me, quantum physics are also important as a basis. - The conscious perception of your own breath is the "ticket" to the conscious experience of your spiritual fantasy world. A technique of "light-breathing" is used, i.e. you "create" in your imagination your exact double which however consists entirely of light! This "light body" will accompany you as your silent twin through the fantasy world you have choosen.

Price and payment

The fee for my service costs 125 EUR as individual coaching on the phone, the duration is about one hour. (Also available as a voucher - as a special gift for friends and family.) A preliminary talk is free of charge and can be arranged a few days before the coaching.

The payment is conveniently made by bank transfer. You will find the associated IBAN and BIC number of my account on an electronic invoice - including an international VAT number - in a PDF file, which I will send you by e-mail after the coaching has finished.

Biography

Udo Brückmann, born 1967, lives as a mental coach, writer and teacher for German language in Lower Saxony, in the north of Germany. After graduating from high school relocation to Berlin in the divided city 1987, univercity studies of philosophy and history of art, various activities for stage, film and television (Deutsche Oper Berlin, Studio Babelsberg etc.) Training as a city guide in Potsdam, education in scenic writing and screenwriting. Home care of the seriously ill parents; those were the most important years for learning about life. Later pedagogical training for inclusion and integration, teaching German language for refugees from war zones plus psychological care. Journalistic experiences, cosmopolitan, traveling around the world, confrontation with quantum physics, quantum healing and spirituality since three decades, coaching according to the Brueckmann-Method are part of it as a universal connection between physical and spiritual world. Personal note: It all began when I was a child with the fact that I noticed in elementary school that I can perceive the human "energy field" brightly. - Work as published author: detective novels, historical novel, fantasy and fairy tales, short stories and poetry.

In 2011 the "Kindergedichte" / "Children's Poems" were published after the NDR in Hamburg (German broadcasting and television) set the "Holzwurm" poem for "Mikado - Radio for Children" to music. Numerous publications in magazines and anthologies for various publishers followed, especially short stories and poetry: SternenBlick Berlin, Burgenwelt Verlag Bremen, Wendepunkt Verlag Weiden, Art Skript Phantastik Verlag Salach and others. For the publisher Geest Verlag Vechta the novels "Zirkus Konzentrazani" / "Circus Camponi" (together with Volker Hedemann about the background of the famous "Moorsoldatenlied", concentration camp Börgermoor 1933; also as unfilmed screenplay), "Ewig blüht das Leben" / "Life blooms forever" (detective novel as a social satire on the subject of immortality, fictional background is the herbal medicine of Hildegard von Bingen as well as the alchemical spagyric according to Paracelsus) and "Mords-Hochschule - Bildung für alle" / "Murder College - Education for Everyone" (detective novel as a satirical consideration of German pedagogy with a sociopolitical background) were created between 2013 and 2017. 2014 publication of the poems collection "Gedanken aus Licht" / "Thoughts from Light" on the subject of spirituality and consciousness. The partly new written "Mords-Hochschule" has had a second premiere in September 2019 as a funny stage reading together with German TV-Star Manon Straché. Since June 2019, a selection of the "Children's Poems" has been set to music by the children's radio channel "KiRaKa" of the WDR in Cologne (Westdeutscher Rundfunk radio and broadcasting). Since 2020 collaboration on the fairy tale project "BroOma" by Dutch-German actress and voice over artist Frauke Poolman, contributions for Youtube and several podcast providers.

The first fantasy novel was published in February 2022: "Tim and the Secret of the Seventh Crossball". The background of this exciting book for young people - written in the tradition of Michael Ende - combines the ancient cultures of Egypt and Tibet with those of the Occident. The phenomena of "time" and "energy" play important roles. In the foreground, however, is trust in one's own unexpected abilities and following one's inner voice.

Die freie Fantasie ist die höchste Schöpferkraft, die jedem Menschen uneingeschränkt zur Verfügung steht. Aktiviert und verbindet man diese Kraft mit der Intuition, der Inspiration, der inneren Stimme oder dem Bauchgefühl, öffnet sich eine allumfassende Quelle der Kreativität und Wunder, welche die Antworten auf all Fragen bereithält und weit darüber hinausreicht.

Der Mensch wird selbst zu einem Schöpferwesen als Teil eines universellen Ganzen. Dies kann mitunter auch in Träumen geschehen, nur agiert dort das Unterbewusstsein, sodass die geträumten Ereignisse meist nur eine vage Erinnerung bleiben und in der Realität nichts bewirken können. In den Coachings geht es deshalb darum, eine bewusste Verbindung herzustellen, um gleichzeitig den Fokus von Verstand und Ego abzuziehen und auf das Herz zu lenken.

Die Brückmann-Methode vereint die freie Fantasie in mentalen Begleitungen mit Elementen aus der Quantenheilung und Atemtechnik.

Eines Tages habe ich mich gefragt, wie es gelingen kann, die eigenen Träume so zu nutzen, dass man sich nach dem Aufwachen an sämtliche Details genau erinnern kann, um die Botschaften aus der Traumwelt und somit aus dem Unterbewusstsein zu verstehen, und daraus die entsprechenden Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen. Die Antwort lautet: Gar nicht. Jeder von uns bleibt nämlich stets der Träumende, der sich an das Geträumte nicht oder nur vage erinnert. Alles zerrinnt bruchstückhaft zwischen den Fingern und ist einfach wieder weg. Ebenso macht es daher wenig Sinn, das Unterbewusstsein aufwendig neu zu programmieren oder neu auszurichten, wenn letzten Endes die Ergebnisse unbefriedigend bleiben. Auch luzides Träumen oder Klarträume – man träumt und ist sich darüber im Klaren, dass man träumt – empfinde ich als ungenügend, da die gewünschten Ergebnisse Zufallstreffer sind.

Meine Coaching-Methode zeigt dem Anwender hingegen die Möglichkeit, die meist unzugängliche Traumwelt der freien Fantasie, die im Schlaf weitgehend das Unterbewusstsein betrifft, in die bewusste Realität zu holen, um sie dort interaktiv erfahrbar zu machen. Mehr noch: In der Methode geht es darum, in ein höheres Bewusstsein und damit in eine Wirklichkeit zu gelangen, die unserer dreidimensionalen Existenz weit übergeordnet ist.Damit dieser Zustand zuverlässig erreicht werden kann, kommen Elemente aus der Quantenheilung zur Anwendung, kombiniert mit einer besonderen Form der "Lichtatmung", mit dem Sie Ihren Doppelgänger erschaffen, Ihren Licht-Zwilling.

Free imagination - our fantasy - is the highest creative power that is available to every human being without restriction. If you activate and combine this power with intuition, inspiration, the inner voice or the "gut feeling" an all-encompassing source of creativity and wonder opens up, which provides the answers to all questions and goes far beyond. Man himself becomes a creator as part of a universal whole. This can sometimes also happen in dreams, but only the subconscious acts there, so that the dreamed event usually only remain a vague memory and cannot effect anything in reality.

The coaching is therefore about establishing a conscious connection in order to distract the focus from rational mind and ego and finally to direct it into the heart.

The Brueckmann-Method combines free imagination inside mental accompaniments with elements from quantum healing and light breathing exercicses.

Reading example:

One day I wondered, how it can be possible to use one's own dreams in such a way that, after waking up, one can remember exactly all the details in order to understand the messages from the dream world and thus from the subconscious, and to gain the corresponding insights from them. The answer is: Not at all. Each of us will always be just the dreamer, who does not remember his dreams or only remembers them a little. Everything melts away in fragments between your fingers and is simply gone again. Likewise, it makes no sense to reprogram or reorient the subconscious in an elaborate manner, if the result remain unsatisfactory. Even lucid dreaming or "clear dreams" - you dream and you are aware that you dream - are insufficient for me, because the desired results are just random.

My coaching method, on the other hand, shows the user the possibility of bringing the mostly inaccessible dream world of our free fantasy, which largely affects the subconscious in sleep, into conscious reality in order to make it interactively experienceable there. Even more: The method is about getting into a higher consciousness and thus into a reality that is far superior to our three-dimensional existence.

So that this state of knowledge can be reliably achieved, elements from quantum healing are used, combined with a special way of "light breathing", with which you create your double, your "light-twin".

The Brueckmann-Method wants to help you to discover your creative nature, comprehend it holistically and use it positively. Not in theory, but in practice - for a better life according to your very personal needs and standards.
